Instant access to reports - be that creation, proofing or printing is managed by layered security. Each layer has its own login credentials and privileges. e.g. Reports are created by field and or admin staff, then proofed by management team and then published. Once published your target organisation(s) gains access to them. So top level access 'Management' can setup logins, templates etc where as lowest level access can just view and print reports. The system has a facility for reports to be flagged back to either the creator or the publishing team if any corrections need to be made.

No need for software, e-mail, uploading or downloading, no postage, envelopes or paper wastage... the intention is to save time, money and be more green and if possible - for all parties involved - all with less stress!
